Freddie is  a fully qualified site and project manager with over 15 years in the construction industry. Freddie originally specialised in masonry work of all kinds, from small jobs to million-pound projects.

With his extensive development experience and expertise in housing projects Freddie is able to view the industry in a way that many other cannot. He puts customers satisfaction and build quality above all and is truly passionate about the industry and making Iris Contractors a success.

Josh is our operations director who has huge experience in running and managing large scale construction projects.

From humble beginnings as a bricklayer Josh used his analytical thinking and passion for improvement to better himself and educate himself in project delivery and logistics.

Josh is the man on the ground for Iris Contractors and he endeavours to ensure that all of our projects are delivered on time and above standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality at all times!
